Reservations cannot be canceled by the customer. In case of bad weather that threatens navigation safety regulations, AKWA will offer you the option to reschedule your cruise for a later date.

To rent a boat, you must present an ID, be over 18 years old, and have a credit card for the deposit. Make sure to bring the necessary documents on the day of your departure.

Boat rental is allowed from the age of 18.

During your reservation, you will be asked to sign a rental contract on site, as well as the Charter of Good Conduct. You'll need to provide proof of identity and pay the compulsory deposit on site (500€). The deposit is not cashed, but charged to your credit card.
